Our firm was founded in 1995 by Joseph B. Tiboni, Esq., a graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA in 1988, and Seton Hall School of Law, Newark, NJ in 1993, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. After law school, Mr. Tiboni served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. Mr. Tiboni is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, past President of the Summit Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.

In 1998, Jane Carro Tiboni, Esq. joined the law firm. Ms. Tiboni graduated from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA in 1990. She then graduated from Seton Hall School of Law, Newark, NJ in 1993. After law school, Ms. Tiboni served as a judicial law clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Ms. Tiboni is the immediate past-President for the Somerset County Bar Association. She is also a Trustee for the Somerset County Bar Foundation. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and of the New Jersey State Bar Elder Law Committee. She is a current member of and the past-chair for the Elder Law Committee of the Somerset County Bar Association.
Ms. Tiboni has spent the past 15 years providing valuable legal services to the elderly, the disabled and their families.
